I brought Max home as a puppy and he's been everything I hoped for and more. Susan had started him on potty training before he came home which made house training him a dream. Max is smart, eager, enthusiastic and gentle. Together we have done scent work, agility, and rally, and most meaningful of all, he serves as my service dog. I couldn’t ask for a better companion and best friend.

We are so happy with our new family member! We bonded well as soon as we met at such a few weeks old. The Ayres were so kind to help us get started. We were new to having a puppy in the household as well as this new breed for us. The Ayres offered great advice and information and even a notebook with helpful information. In addition, we took to the internet for trading ideas. Our Cobber learned quickly and was amazingly eager to please. She has been very healthy and very easy on my allergies. This was especially important to me. It is great to have an affectionate dog that doesn’t shed!

I bought a black puppy from Susan about 5 years ago. Juniper has been the best little dog I've ever had. She weighs about 15 pounds. She is very smart and learns new things quickly. (Juni looks at me impatiently when I get lost doing agility courses.) She is also a tease, offering me her ball and then running away to look back, maybe I will chase her. She hikes with me and loves new trails. We are always ready for adventure.
